After more than 10 years of experience in pipeline technology services, our company has become the sole domestic company with series of specialized testing equipment, 80% employees are engineers and technicians. Presently CPPI has the yearly inspection ability of 10,000 km, pipeline coating inspection of 5000km and tank inspection of 1,000,000 m3 respectively. It was appointed to be inspection center of long- distance oil and gas pipelines by China National Petroleum Corporation in 1997, joined the Pigging Products & Services Association (PPSA) in 2000 and was appointed to be the specialized company in dealing with the pipeline inspection and test by state administration of work safety in 2001. Pipeline deformation inspection

Pipeline deformation may be resulted from nonstandard construction of pipeline, crustal movement and other circumstances. Pipeline deformation will endanger normal operation of pipeline, perform of pipeline cleaning, inspection and other maintenance programs.

Pipeline deformation inspection is able to correctly locate the position and size of deformation point, which is widely applied before pipeline startup and running corrosion inspection tool.?

Pipeline corrosion inspection?

Pipeline corrosion inspection is capable to detect not only the position and size of corrosion point on the pipeline, but also metal loss and pipeline accessories brought during production and construction of pipeline. It will help the Owner to understand the actuality of the pipeline, provide scientific basis of forming pipeline information database and establishing reasonable repair plan, which is an important part of pipeline integrity management.?

Pipeline pigging operation

Pipeline pigging aims to clean the pipeline, reduce pipeline pressure drop and increase the transport efficiency of the pipeline through clearing out the dirt and debris in the pipeline. At present, this technology is widely applied in crude oil pipeline, LPG pipeline, jet fuel pipeline, mine drain pipeline and colored metallurgy pipeline. Design, Production and Sales of Cleaning Pig

Not only does CPPI has many years of practical experience of pipeline pigging, but also has the ability of scientific & development, design & manufacture, test and produce the pipeline cleaning pigs, cups and pipeline tracking locater. Design and Installation of Cathodic Protection of the Pipeline and Storage Tanks

Cathodic Protection technology is an effective method to protect the steel pipeline and storage tank, which can remedy the metal corrosion caused by the coating defect so as to prolong the lifespan of the pipeline and storage tank. Cathodic Protection is one of most effective method to prevent the corrosion of steel pipeline and storage tank. In accordance with many years of worksite experience, CPPI provide the following services: 1- Cathodic Protection System Inspection on the Steel Pipeline and Storage Tank, 2- Installation Service at the worksite for the Cathodic Protection System on the Steel Pipeline and Storage Tank,3- Test and Maintenance of Cathodic Protection System.

Inspection and Evaluation of Oil Storage Tanks

In order to endue oil tank safe, to increase the ability of protecting tanks from accidents, to reduce economic loss and environmental problems caused by accidents, ensure the accuracy of repair, the MFL technology could record the corroded defect on the tank visually, accurately and efficiently. Together with the inspection on the other section of the oil tank, we could evaluate the status of the tank accurately and provide scientific evidence for the maintenance and safe operation of the oil tank. Research and development

Since its establishment, CPPI has been committed to introduction and application of overseas advanced technology, developed new technology and equipment by itself and realized serialization of MFL corrosion inspection tool. Research & development center of CPPI was assigned as the research & development center of inspection technology of CPP in July, 2003 and undertook the task of research and development inspection technology and equipment of CPP.
