Slide 6?Kaspersky’s Anti-Theft and Content Control incorporates a number of features preventing unauthorized access to data if a mobile device is lost or stolen.? Features may be activated remotely by the administrator.
?SIM Watch helps automatically lock lost or stolen devices and reports the new phone number if the SIM card has been replaced.
?Find provides an approximate location of the mobile device using built-in capabilities, such as GPS.
?Remote Lock allows an administrator to restrict access to the device. Administrators also have the option to display a custom message on its display.
?And finally, using Remote Wipe, administrators can selectively wipe only corporate data, erase all data stored, or wipe the entire handset - restoring it to factory default settings.

Slide 8?The Data Protection and Content Security features of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mobile are effective for securing content on mobile devices. They also enable companies to embrace a 揃ring Your Own Device? environment, creating clear boundaries between personal and corporate data on the device.
?Application containers fully isolate applications and give administrators the flexibility to define how they behave. For example, it can control network communication and data access – ensuring only secure protocols such as HTTPS are used, along with encrypted storage. In addition, features of the device can also be controlled, such as GPS or the use of an built-in camera.
?Transparent Encryption ensures data is always encrypted, with no user interaction required. This protects data stored on the device, or on any memory card inserted into it. Even if the memory card is removed, the data cannot be read.
?User Access Control monitors application inactivity. After a time period set by the administrator, the application is automatically blocked. To continue using it, the user simply logs into the application again.
?Backup and Restore features allow for the device configuration to be archived, for use in restoration of the device if needed. Backup and restore configuration occurs in Kaspersky Security Center. Slide 10?Kaspersky Endpoint Security enables policy enforcement with a set of features to help apply corporate security policies.
?Application Control monitors applications installed on a mobile device. There are two types of policy that can be applied.
?A Default Allow policy permits all applications to run on a user’s device except for those denied by the administrator.? The Default Deny policy only allows applications to run if they are approved by the administrator.? It is also possible to allow the use of other applications, but prevent them from accessing corporate data.
?Application update control monitors the status of the applications installed on a mobile device.? When a new software update is available the system will automatically notify and remind the user as well as notifying administrators.
